How to remove your data from TuskDesk
1. Disconnect Instagram in the dashboard
Log in at tuskdesk.com/app, open Instagram Automation and press Disconnect next to the account. The access token is deleted immediately and scenarios for that account stop.
2. Remove TuskDesk in Instagram
In Instagram open Settings and privacy → Apps and websites, find TuskDesk and remove it. Instagram notifies us, and we delete the access token and the data of that Instagram account. If you also request data deletion there, you get a confirmation code — you can check it on this page.
3. Delete your account and all data
Write to support@tuskdesk.com from the email of your TuskDesk account with the subject “Delete my data”. Within 30 days we delete your account, connected Instagram accounts, tokens, and stored comments and messages, and confirm by email.
What is deleted: account data (name, email, Telegram username), Instagram account data (ID, username, name, profile picture, counts), access tokens, and the comments and messages received for your scenarios.
