TuskDeskTerms of Service
Effective date: 5 October 2026
These terms govern your use of TuskDesk (tuskdesk.com), a service operated by IP Gubin, an individual entrepreneur registered in the Republic of Kazakhstan (“we”, “us”). By creating an account you accept these terms.
1. The service
TuskDesk lets you connect your Instagram professional account and run automated scenarios: replies to comments and direct messages by keywords, story mention replies, welcome messages, and statistics for your links. Features may change as the service develops.
2. Your account
- You must be at least 18 years old and give accurate information.
- Keep your password safe; you are responsible for what happens in your account.
- Connect only Instagram accounts that you own or are authorized to manage.
3. Instagram and Meta rules
You must follow the Instagram Terms of Use, the Community Guidelines and Meta’s platform policies. In particular:
- scenarios answer only people who wrote to you or commented on your content, within the messaging window Instagram allows;
- no unsolicited, bulk or misleading messages, no spam;
- no illegal, harmful or deceptive content.
We may pause scenarios or accounts that break these rules or that Meta restricts.
4. Your content
You keep all rights to your content and replies. You allow us to process it only to provide the service to you.
5. Availability
We work to keep TuskDesk available, but the service is provided “as is”. It depends on Instagram’s API: when Meta changes or limits it, some features may stop working.
6. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits or data loss, or for actions of Meta or other third parties. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months, if any.
7. Ending the agreement
You can stop using TuskDesk at any time: disconnect Instagram and ask us to delete your account (see Data Deletion). We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
